Our Benefits Package Incudes:

Medical Allows you to receive services from any provider in the network and allows you to choose from the plan design that benefits your current needs.

Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Allows you to set aside money to cover health care and dependent care out-of-pocket expenses. Dollars set aside are tax free – you pay no taxes when you contribute, or withdraw.

Dental Routine diagnostic and preventative care are covered 100% and not subject to the deductible. Major services do not require a six month waiting period.

Vision Offers access to a wide range of providers in your area. Benefits include eye exams, prescription eyeglasses, and contact lens care.

Employee Assistance Program Provides, at no cost to the employee, confidential assessments, short-term therapy, or phone counseling.

Retirement Plan 401(k) Associates may contribute a portion of their pay on a pre-tax basis to the 401(k) plan. AAA will match 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% that you contribute. Total match equals 4% and you are immediately vested in the plan.

Long Term Disability Long term disability is provided to you at no cost.

Life Insurance/AD&D AAA pays for up to one times your base pay at no cost to you. AD&D provides coverage in case of accidental death or loss of limb or eyesight. You may also purchase additional private policy life insurance.

Incentive Plan Participating eligible employees are eligible for an annual incentive award based on measurements of corporate goals.

Holidays Eligible employees receive eight company paid holidays and one floating holiday per year.

Paid Time Off Regular full-time employees receive 3 weeks of Paid Time Off in the first year. Regular part-time employees receive 1.5 weeks of Paid Time Off in the first year.

Educational Reimbursement AAA Arizona pays up to $5,250 per calendar year for employees with 1 to 4 years of service. For employees with 5+ years of service, AAA Arizona pays up to $7,500 per calendar year for undergraduate courses and $14,500 per calendar year for Masters Degree courses.

AAA Membership AAA Arizona employees receive a free basic AAA membership after 90 days of continuous service.

Travel Payroll Deduction After one year of continuous employment, employees may be eligible to purchase airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and/or tours through AAA Arizona's Travel Agency for themselves and their immediate families by payroll deduction.
