Summary: As introduced, changes the threshold of vehicle damage resulting from an accident, from in excess of $1,000 in property damage, to damage rendering the vehicle inoperable, to trigger the requirement that an accident report be issued. Requires a partial report be issued for damages that do not render a vehicle inoperable.

holder from using a wireless communication device while driving for the first six months the licensee holds the class G license. Provides exceptions for emergency situations.

Title: Traffic control signs; state highways

Summary: As passed by the House, enables ADOT to establish procedures and criteria for approving, installing, and maintaining temporary directional signs if the
museum satisfies the following: a) files an application with ADOT for a permit for
installation of the directional signage; b)qualifies as a 501(c)(3) organization; c) certifies to the Director that the museum has at least 100,000 visitors annually;
and d) Locates the sign on a road which vehicles exit or crosses the state
highway. Specifies the directional sign as a temporary sign and allows ADOT to
remove the signage at any time without consultation of the permittee. Restricts
permit approval after the Urban Logo Sign Program is established by ADOT.
Restricts state monies to be spent for installation, upkeep or maintenance of the
nonprofit museum signs on state highways. Repeals temporary directional
signage on state highways for nonprofit museums from and after September 30,
2014.
