Start with Southern staples such as an order of Fried Pickles or Award Winning Onion Rings.  Dillon’s has succulent smoked St. Louis and Baby Back ribs, “Brontosaurus” Beef Ribs, and smoked prime rib which melts in your mouth; along with pulled Pork, tender Turkey and Beef Brisket, served with Dillon’s signature barbeque sauces. Pair Dillon’s slow smoked meats with their Homemade Soup, or nine different side dishes; including homemade Macaroni & Cheese and BBQ Baked Beans. Or have a Prickly Peach Salad or a Dillon’s Dip Sandwich, and some homemade Arizona Chili or Southwest Smoked Stew.
