AAA Gives Back
AAA Arizona is a proud and active member of the Arizona community and so are our employees.
Through our AAA Volunteers program, AAA Arizona coordinates charitable activities for employees to make a positive impact on the communities where we live and where our members live. These activities allow us to connect with the community as a club and provide much-needed support, while giving employees an opportunity to have fun, give back, and unite as a team.
We're proud of the enthusiasm for giving back and the dedication to our community that AAA employees have shown through the AAA Volunteers program. Employees share their time with and give financial support to charities that make a difference in improving the environment, aiding the homeless, caring for animals, and improving the lives of children.
This past year, AAA employees have contributed more than 1,500 hours in hands-on service activities:
- Dreamchaser Horse Rescue
The AAA team provided maintenance and ranch-hand services for the animal rescue organization.
- Grand Canyon, Yosemite, and Zion National Parks
AAA's volunteers picked up litter and debris to keep the region's national parks beautiful.
- Habitat for Humanity and Save the Family
Employees pulled out mops, buckets, brushes, and rollers to clean and paint homes for local families in need.
- McDowell Sonoran Preserve
Volunteers planted more than 100 cactuses, turning a desert “scar” into a beautiful cactus garden.
- Project Connect
AAA employees support Valley of the Sun United Way's monthly Project Connect event to provide resources for the homeless and those at risk of experiencing homelessness.
- Special Olympics
AAA joined the Green Team at the Special Olympics games to keep the event area trash free while cheering on the competitors.
